We use your product all the time. I have a team of masons and they carry alot of stone and cement bags on their shoulder. They like the cushion it provides and the fact that they do not have to remove the Pad during the day to do other tasks.

When I first saw your product I thought it was ugly. I work construction and even though my neighbor bought one and likes it very much I said I would be laughed at if I wore it at work. I started to wear my neighbor's at home for stuff around the house and it really does work. My shoulder was not holding that heavy load of wood I was carrying. I will purchase one and I will wear it to work. Let the other guys have sore shoulders, not me.
